States that Allow Recall of Federal Officials

Of course you can understand how welcome this news was to discover. It removes a major hurdle in our effort to establish the Right to Recall Federal Elected Officials, giving us a foundation to start that we thought we were going to have to build.
Now it's up to the People of these states to begin the work of gathering others to sign a petition to their State Legislature to make the Recall happen.
Here are the steps you now need to take:
1. Go to this forum which will serve as the online gathering place for the People of your state to coordinate their efforts for gathering signatures:

This is our grassroots organizing website for local action on national issues.
2. Once there, go ahead and register. After registering you will see a forum for all 50 states. Click on your State and make an introduction. It may be sparsely populated at the moment, but this is where others of your state will be coming to join the effort, now that we have the Legislation already in place.
3. Begin to tell others of your state of the Right to Recall already established, and send them to this forum to join the effort. Also get them to sign the online petition: http://recall.avoiceofthepeople.com
4. As each forum grows, I will be explaining how to organize this effort in your state, but I need the numbers first so let's build the grassroots forum and do it as quickly as we can.
5. We the People MUST begin to relentlessly pressure our State Legislators with the growing number of people raising their voices for a recall of those on the Federal level that have over stepped their limited enumerated Constitutional authority.
These people are supposed to represent our States and they do not. They represent their own interests, and that of special interests, and think We the People will trade off our Liberties also for hundreds of millions of dollars. I find this attitude on their part repugnant and I'm personally offended by this, and so should every American! If it is not clear now from the recent passage of the health care bill to all what is happening to destroy this country, it never will be!
Many of you have asked that we get this off the ground. Here is that opportunity for you to do so in your state. Those states that do not have Recall legislation, join the forum too and send a link to your State legislators saying you want this also.
PRESSURE, PRESSURE, PRESSURE is what it's going to take right now. We the People must never relent. They're tying to wear us out and we must send the message we will NOT surrender our freedoms EVER!
Perhaps a quote from Samuel Adams is appropriate at this point: "It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in the People's minds." Just look at the splinter groups in this country the rest of us are made to bow to if you don't believe what I just wrote.
You've got the tools. Now it's time to put the pressure on and not let up until We the People get this done!
I'm going to paste a link to the legal memo that lists the states that already have Recall legislation in place so those of you that live in these states and are on the mailing list can begin to spread the word in your state and get this done!
We the People don't derive our Rights from the Constitution, but directly from GOD so don't be discouraged by judges that say the People have no Constitutional Right to recall since it's not listed in the Constitution. The Constitution is designed to RESTRAIN government, NOT the People!
We must be willing to fight these people to the last man standing if we want to win, and utterly refuse to take no for an answer.
