Recall Elected Political Officials R.E.P.O

Congress needs to make agencies such as the FCC, EPA, FTC, ADVISORY only.

If, according to the Declaration of Independence, We the People have the right to alter or abolish our ENTIRE government, then we certainly have the right to insist that Congress "alter or abolish" the power of these agencies to ADVISORY only, taking away from them their "rule making" authority, which is really nothing more than a defacto ability to make law by unelected, unaccountable, nameless, faceless bureaucrats.

This power negates the will of the people many times, as expressed by their duly ELECTED representatives.

These agencies, and others like them have somehow been given the ability to make rules, (legislate), decide who is guilty of breaking the rules without benefit of a trial, (judicial power), and fine or otherwise punish the "guilty", (executive power). Now, where in the Constitution do these unelected bureaucrats get the authority to do this? Right, NO WHERE, and it's time to change their role to one of ADVISORS only.

When all 3 powers of government reside in one branch that is the very definition of tyranny, and these agencies are not even an elected "branch" of our government in the first place!

We all know these agencies are bloated and wasteful, but if Congress can't be weaned off their administrative support cold turkey, then at the very least Congress needs to take back its role to debate and vote on regulations before some agency unilaterally decides on it's own to write "rules" that violate the Constitution and hurt every day ordinary citizens and businesses trying to make a living.

Also, some of these agency "rules" actually change the nature of the legislation that was passed in the first place, thus defeating the Will of the People as expressed through their DULY ELECTED Representative.

“Government is instituted to protect property of every sort as well as that which lies in the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This being the end of government, that lone is a JUST government, which IMPARTIALLY secures to very man, whatever is his OWN.” James Madison
