We the People are taking to ourselves the following Rights as expounded in the original Declaration of Independence: "That WHENEVER any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." End quote. Let tyrants and would-be dictators both foreign AND domestic beware. We will exercise our freedom to peaceful assembly.

From FDR to this present day...when a long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
We the People will no longer sit idly by, trusting that our elected officials have the People's best interests at heart, while our nation is destroyed before our very eyes by those who claim to be acting with "compassion" toward the "have nots" of society, all the while furthering the enslavement of us all.

We Declare Independence!

The Peoples' Declaration of Independence

Mr. President, members of the House & Senate:

This is our Declaration of Independence from waiting on you to do the right thing. We the People, the "Citizens at Large", those with whom the Supreme or Sovereign power of Society resides, are WAY PAST TIRED of being dependent on YOU, our elected officials to stand up for Individual Freedom, the Constitutional Limits on Federal Government, and restoration of State Sovereignty.

We are therefore taking to ourselves the God-given Right to stand up for ourselves in regard to our own Sovereignty and Freedom and are declaring independence from waiting any longer for YOU to act on behalf of Individual Freedom, EVER.

We WILL find a way to accomplish what this website expounds, namely, to establish for ourselves and our posterity, the framework necessary to enable us to exercise our Right to "alter or abolish" by Recalling unresponsive elected officials "WHENEVER" they over-step their Constitutional authority.

You have forced us into this stance by your continual refusal to acknowledge any of our legitimate concerns over the unconstitutional policies you are all too willing to shove down our throats despite the growing majority of opinion against your policies, both by the Citizens at large, Constitutional scholars, and a growing number of public officials.

You have refused to acknowledge us in any meaningful way, but instead now have begun to style any voice of opposition as "racists, Nazis, the fringe" and other such like comparisons despite the overwhelming numbers that came to the Capitol this past September 12th. You are creating division and stoking racial hatred by your hateful and false characterizations of who we are and what we stand for. We've had all we're going to take!
