FAQ
1. User or visitor posts made to this website do not necessarily reflect the views of admin.
2. Do you advocate the use of violence?
NO! We fully support the 2nd Amendment, though.
3. Are you trying to change the Constitution?
No, we're not. We'd like nothing more than to see the Constitution in it's original intent, restored to it's rightful place in the United States of America. Our belief is the Constitution has suffered at the hands of activist judges and politicians that want to increase the power of the national government, at the expense of state sovereignty, and thereby individual freedom.
We do agree fully with Abraham Lincoln:
"We, the People, are the Rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts - not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the Constitution. - Abe Lincoln"
4. Why term limits?
We believe it will bring those to office who truly want to serve, and are not just looking to be career politicians hoping to "cash in" on lobbyists, or the lavish lifetime benefits now bestowed on those in office. Also, anyone that says it takes longer than 8 to 12 years to learn the process is obviously too stupid to hold office.
5. What about efforts based on the Bill of Rights? Are you in favor of those?
Yes, we certainly are. But at the same time we are not hopeful these actions will ultimately be successful because of the perverted interpretation of the Bill or Rights. Consider the Commerce Clause often relied on by unelected unaccountable bureaucrats to squelch such state legislative movements. That interpretation will have to change first.
Look at this article: ATF Says Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act Null and Void. It's all you need to know.
6. Why do you rely on the Declaration of Independence, and not the Bill of Rights?
The Declaration of Independence stands on it's own, apart from the Constitution. It is the supreme political declaration of the natural human Right to Freedom given of God to ALL men, not just Americans. That's why the People can exercise the freedom given thereby "WHENEVER" it is needed. Do you see why it is so absurd to insist that we have to wait on an election to exercise the freedom to "alter or abolish" our elected officials? That said, we're not very likely to just run up to DC and throw them all out physically, as appealing as that imagery is!
The Right to Liberty from God, from which we derive the Right to "alter or abolish" cannot possibly be relegated to one day in November every 2 to 4 years, nor must it of necessity take "60 to 100 years" to reclaim our liberty from those in office that are gathering even more power to the National Government! It can in fact happen very suddenly, if we all adopt the attitude, "United We Stand - Divided We Fall." We're finding our collective voice, let's not lose heart now!
We've chosen to go this direction precisely because the Right given to the People in the Declaration of Independence is derived from God, not Government. The Bill of Rights is open to perversion in it's interpretations, as already demonstrated, and we have chosen to not fight the enemy on their terms. They will have to come to us.
The terms of this war We the People rely on is none other than the natural Right given to us of God as our Creator, the Right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, and the Right transmitted to the People by the Founders, a Right also of God to "alter or abolish" as discussed throughout this website.
In short, the reason this is so important is that if we have a Right given to us of God, it is NOT open to negation by any Legislature since it did not come from any lawmaking body, and it is not open to any perverted interpretation of ANY Court of man as well. They will have to unmask their true intent and openly try to deprive us of our God given right to Liberty, in order to stop what we are doing.
7. There have been many petitions demanding Congress take action, why do you think they'll listen to this one?
The Petition is not the end game. It's a step along the way. It's a show of unity. It's the marshaling area for the troops, the launch pad for the 2nd Revolution. It's a unified "Voice of the People" to the leaders of our country that we're fed up and we're not going to take it lying down any longer, and that we'd rather see the whole lot of them thrown out if possible than continue down the road we're on. We're that upset with what they've done and are doing to our nation.
If anyone thinks we're alone in our desire to oust them, consider this: A recent Rasmussen Poll states that fully 57% of Americans would get rid of the ENTIRE Congress if they could with another 18% undecided! That's potentially 75%! Read it here: Rasmussen Reports So, we've got the right message, we just need to get it out to as many people as possible so we can get this done!
Now, although the petition is not the end in itself, please don't diminish it's importance either! It is as very, very necessary ingredient in establishing the framework for how We the People can go about PEACEFULLY exercising the Right to "alter and abolish" given us of God.
8. Why won't you give all the steps in detail of the "plan"?
The goal is well defined, and how we intend to go about achieving it can be deduced from a careful observance of ALL the elements of the website. The best place to hide something is sometimes right in plain view. We are also working behind the scenes in preparation of 2010, and we'll be asking some of you for additional duty. There is good reason for why we want to know what state people hail from that sign the petition.
9. You deleted my post! You don't believe in freedom of speech, do you!
Sure we do, but we also believe in private property rights, and that private property owners can say what activity is allowed on their own property. We also don't feel obligated to provide a FREE platform for those that simply want to slam us and our friends gathered here. Pay for your own website, if you want to engage in that kind of behavior.
If you wish to just call us "fascists" and make other unfounded accusations, or spread rumors implying we may be advocating violence, or you want to dis American voters whose only "crime" in trying to do their civic duty is to "hope against hope" that they've not been lied to yet AGAIN...if you want to dis them as "ignorant, blind, stupid" as a certain North Carolina post did, do that on your own blog, not here. You can also expect your posts to be deleted, and to receive a very strong reaction from us.
We won't put up with such disrespectful behavior, and think such things only serve to needlessly offend and repel people in the first place. How does this sort of behavior help them, really? People should justly be offended by such things.
