If American Constitutional Rights apply to terrorists, then how much more to a free people of Honduras to oust a would be dictator seeking to violate their Constitution?

"Whenever ANY form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it..." Should Obama not then apply this to the People of Honduras, if he is willing to extend Constitutional protections to terrorists???
